TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT & OPERATIONAL COMPLIANCE

0.0 INTRODUCTION & ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing the Fire City Sprinklers LLC digital infrastructure or initiating a project dispatch, the user, client, or operating entity ("Client") agrees to be bound by these strictly enforced Terms of Engagement. These parameters dictate the legal and operational boundaries of all engineering, drafting, and coordination services provided by Fire City Sprinklers LLC.
1.0 CORPORATE INDEPENDENCE AND LIMITATION OF SCOPE
Fire City Sprinklers LLC operates entirely as a standalone legal entity. No agency, partnership, joint venture, or shared liability exists between Fire City Sprinklers LLC and any third-party corporate structure, parent organization, or holding company. Any and all legal, financial, and professional obligations incurred by Fire City Sprinklers LLC are strictly limited to this specific operating entity. Fire City Sprinklers LLC expressly disclaims any affiliation with external commercial enterprises not explicitly named in a finalized, countersigned contract.
2.0 SCOPE OF EXECUTION & DELIVERABLES
Fire City Sprinklers LLC is exclusively a technical design, engineering, and digital coordination firm. Our deliverables consist of digital blueprints, 3D Revit models, hydraulic calculations, and permit-ready submittal packages. We do not manufacture physical components, we do not act as the installing contractor, and we do not provide physical, on-site hazard inspections.
3.0 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & DIGITAL ASSETS
All digital architecture, including but not limited to CAD files, 3D models, hydraulic formulas, and custom drafting methodologies ("Digital Assets") engineered by Fire City Sprinklers LLC remain the exclusive intellectual property of Fire City Sprinklers LLC. Upon full and finalized payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to utilize the specific project deliverables solely for the physical construction of the designated facility. Digital Assets may not be repurposed, resold, or utilized for other facilities without explicit written authorization.
4.0 DATA INGESTION & CLIENT LIABILITY
The structural integrity of our design is entirely dependent upon the accuracy of the architectural blueprints, civil engineering plans, and project parameters supplied by the Client. Fire City Sprinklers LLC assumes all provided data is absolute and accurate. We expressly disclaim any liability for design flaws, code violations, or field clashes resulting from outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete facility data provided during the ingestion phase.
5.0 FINANCIAL OPERATIONS & PROJECT HALTS
All drafting, calculation, and coordination services are subject to the specific financial terms outlined in the individual Project Contract. Fire City Sprinklers LLC reserves the absolute right to instantly halt digital production, withhold final permit packages, or suspend AHJ submittals in the event of overdue invoices or breach of financial terms.
6.0 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & FIELD EXECUTION DISCLAIMER
The 3D coordination, system designs, layouts, and hydraulic calculations provided by Fire City Sprinklers LLC are engineered to comply with applicable codes based on the architectural data provided at the time of drafting. Fire City Sprinklers LLC is a design entity, not a licensed installation contractor, and expressly disclaims any liability for field execution, unauthorized field routing modifications, physical installation errors, or third-party alterations to the provided designs. Under no circumstances shall Fire City Sprinklers LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or property damage. In any event, total liability shall not exceed the total compensation paid to Fire City Sprinklers LLC for the specific project in question.
7.0 JURISDICTIONAL COMPLIANCE & SEVERABILITY
Fire City Sprinklers LLC operates under the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. By engaging our services or utilizing this site, you agree that any legal dispute shall be governed by and resolved exclusively within this jurisdiction. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable under state, federal, or international law, that specific provision shall be severed without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
